All guests — kids and adults — must wear socks in the play area. Anti-slip socks strongly recommended for kids. They provide extra grip on our equipment and climbing structures, keeping little ones safe during play.

Kids get sick. Naps run long. Plans fall apart at the last minute. We work with kids every single day and we completely understand. If you can't make your booked session, just let us know and we'll credit a future visit straight to your account — no hassle, no hard feelings.
