Booking & cancellation policy
A deposit is required to hold your date. Here's how it works if plans change.
48+ hours notice
Your deposit can't be refunded, but it will be credited toward a rescheduled party date. Rescheduling available once within the same calendar year.
Less than 48 hours notice
The deposit is forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued. We recommend reaching out as early as possible if plans change.
No Shoes, Yes socks
Socks requiredAll guests — kids and adults — must wear socks in the play and party area at all times.
Please leave on time — we mean it kindly.
Another family is counting on a clean, ready space right after yours. Out of respect for everyone, we ask all guests to be packed up and out by the end of your session.
No confetti or glitter
No Balloon Shine
All other decorations are welcome. Please remove everything before you leave.
Extra time available
Extra time is available in 30-minute increments — subject to availability.
Supervision
The parent is responsible for supervising all children throughout the party.
Venue care
The booking client is responsible for any damage to the venue or equipment during the event.
