Socks required for everyone
All guests in the play area need socks. Grab a pair at the front desk if you forget.
Parents stay & supervise
Parents and guardians must remain in the venue and actively watch their children throughout the session.
Sign the waiver first
All guests need a signed waiver before entering. Complete it online to skip the check-in queue.
Stay home if sick
Fever, persistent cough, or runny nose? We kindly ask you to visit another day to keep everyone healthy.
Changes within 12 hrs of your session are reschedule-only. No refunds for no-shows.
FAQ
What age range is Little Sprouts for?
Open play is designed for ages 0–7. Kids 8–13 can join with a Big Sprout Pass ($5 lounge access). All ages are welcome for private play and birthday party bookings.
Is there a dress code or anything to bring?
Socks are required for everyone in the play area. We sell them at the front desk if you forget. Remove shoes before entering. Comfortable clothes are fine — no special gear needed.
Do you offer multi-visit discounts?
Yes! Our multi-entry digital passes start at $20 for 2 visits and go up to 20 entries. The 10-visit pass is $75 — saving you 25% versus paying per session.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas during open play. For birthday parties, you're also welcome to bring your own food, cake, and drinks .
Do you Offer Military Discount?
Yes — and thank you for your service! We proudly offer 10% off all our services for active duty, veterans, and military families. Use Coupon M10 when booking online or when you arrive with your ID and we'll take care of it. 🫡
Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend booking online — 15 of 20 spots per session are available online, with only 5 held for walk-ins. Sessions can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.
