Cancellation Policy

Birthday Party Booking Policy Reservations and Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the venue. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of the party. The remaining balance is due the day of the party. Cancellation Policy: If the party is cancelled less than 48 hours before the event, the deposit will not be refunded. If the party is rescheduled more than 48 hours before the event, the deposit can be applied to a new date. Parties can only be rescheduled once within the same year of the original celebration. Capacity: The capacity of the venue must not be exceeded. Duration: Parties are scheduled for a duration of 2 hours. Additional time may be purchased in advance.  Supervision: The client is responsible for the supervision of all children attending the party. Food and Drinks: Outside food and drink are allowed.  Decorations: Decorations are permitted but please don't use confetti or glitter.  All decorations must be removed by the client at the end of the party. Damage: The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or equipment that occurs during the party. Liability: The venue will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Rules and Regulations: All venue rules and regulations must be followed. ​
