Cancellation Policy
Nonrefundable Policy for Birthday Party Deposit: To reserve a date and time for your birthday party, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $60+tax for weekday party and $120+tax for weekend party. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your party, the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your party, the deposit will be transferred to the new date, as long as the rescheduling is made at least 14 days before the original party date. Any rescheduling made less than 14 days before the original party date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled party without giving prior notice, you will forfeit the deposit and will not be eligible for a rescheduling.
